- Define and structure the annual targets and core KPIs for PDS, BDD & CSC in line with the Corporation’s KPIs
- Formulate strategies to manage the departments efficiently and effectively; from operation driven to business/sales driven.
- Oversee the overall performances of PDS, BDD & CSC and ensure the KPIs set are met per timeline set.
- Manage the Heads of Departments (HODs) and provide guidance and coaching for the formulation of their plans, budget and forecasts in order to achieve defined strategic outcome.
- Ensure strict compliance of all regulations and policies.
- Ensure HODs oversee staff performance and developmental aspects to ensure staff are continuously competent.
- Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Effectively to drive, manage, motivate and encourage the marketing team and the staff at branches to ensure loan targets/KPIs are achieved in meeting the Corporation’s target.
- Identifying potential areas of growth to increase the SME outreach.
- Minimum a degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of working experience in the related field, in particular credit, sales & marketing• Sales/Marketing, Credit, Branch Supervision, Product Development.
- Excellent communication, writing & presentation skills; strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills; team player and people motivator with strong people skills; analytical thinking as well as result oriented.
- Computer literate and have good business contacts.
