Manager, Talent Acquisition & On-Boarding

Key accountabilities:

  • Branding
    • Develop and execute communication plans and other employer branding activities through Company career website, social media, career fair and other relevant channels to ensure the effectiveness of the said channels and drive talent attraction.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Manage and build talent pipelines and talent bank to provide a continuous supply of talents. This does not limit to partnering with external service providers and education institutes but also with government (and its agencies) and industrial players to ensure strong rapport and meaningful relationship are built for ready talent supplies in supporting growth and demands for the Company and its programme/ project.
    • Partner with the Management and HC Strategy to review, prioritize the execution of current and future talent needs.
    • Design and execute recruiting plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of each specific job function.
    • Drive end-to-end recruitment activities for Management hiring to ensure quality and job fit to the role.
  • Employee Experience – The Initial Impression
    • Develop, execute and measure talent acquisition and onboarding process that enhances candidate experience and to better assimilate new employees into the organisation including any identified learning opportunities.
  • Process & Technology
    • Develop and monitor implementation of SuccessFactors RCM module (and relevant EC modules) to ensure better TAO process and as importantly, the internal stakeholders’ acceptance of new process and system.
    • Review data entry to ensure correct employee information updated into EC module
  • Team Management
    • Responsible for the management and upkeep of relevant section of the HC policy, standards related to Talent Acquisition to ensure compliance to relevant Act and Bank Negara Guideline;
    • Act as the focal point for hiring managers for recruitment’s advice.
    • Manage cost and budget of talent acquisition exercises.
    • Provide sound TAO analytics and reporting to ensure key metrics are measured.
    • To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Corporation

Essential Skills:

  • Able to manage diverse stakeholder including government officials.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess strong management and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrate project management and organisational skill
  • Demonstrate knowledge of related field, industry trends and current issues.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Human Resources, specifically on Talent Acquisition and Onboarding. • Experience in rolling-out SuccessFactors’ RCM module is a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum Degree with preference in IT
