Head of Digital Services

Key accountabilities:

  • Manage the presales and delivery organization in selling and deploying Digital Services business across these countries and customers
  • Empower the organization to drive to achieve business outcomes and targets.
  • Work in a collaborative way with internal and external partners including within partner/supplier ecosystems.
  • Manage the business by leading all aspects of the monitoring and reporting of program-related trends, capability development, and performance against project plans and budgets
  • Develop a positive & productive culture within the business
  • Contribute to the development of a long-term strategy and plan for the business
  • Manage operational performance, innovation, and continuous improvement

Essential Skills:

  • 15+ years experience, from within the Telco/Systems Integration Industry
  • Deep experience in leading teams in a multicultural collaborative environment.
  • Have a solid track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities in the IT and Telco sector
  • People management experience
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in the following domains: Mobile Core, Packet Core, OSS, BSS, Cloud, NFVI & Cloud Native Systems Integration.
  • Experience advising complex projects, growing profitability, driving cost efficiency, and building top-line and bottom-line growth.
  • Solid track record working for a supplier towards major telecom operators.
