- Manage the presales and delivery organization in selling and deploying Digital Services business across these countries and customers
- Empower the organization to drive to achieve business outcomes and targets.
- Work in a collaborative way with internal and external partners including within partner/supplier ecosystems.
- Manage the business by leading all aspects of the monitoring and reporting of program-related trends, capability development, and performance against project plans and budgets
- Develop a positive & productive culture within the business

- 15+ years experience, from within the Telco/Systems Integration Industry
- Deep experience in leading teams in a multicultural collaborative environment.
- Have a solid track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities in the IT and Telco sector
- People management experience
- Demonstrated ability and experience in the following domains: Mobile Core, Packet Core, OSS, BSS, Cloud, NFVI & Cloud Native Systems Integration.
- Experience advising complex projects, growing profitability, driving cost efficiency, and building top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Solid track record working for a supplier towards major telecom operators.
