Key accountabilities:
- Involved in Student Recruitment planning and analysis for the company’s Higher Education. o Co-develop student number and revenue targets as well as trendlines for measurement and tracking
- Generate relevant data via the CRM system to facilitate analysis; align/streamline CRM analyses to reflect any updates in business requirements or needs.
- Track sales pipeline performance vs. target by week, cycle as well as annually vs. past trends.
- Work cross functionally with the recruitment, marketing and academic teams to analyze lead/ lag indicators and identify performance levers or issues
- Produce relevant business performance insights highlighting potential opportunities, risks and implications
- Review and propose recommendations for sales, and marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate and update monthly student number forecasts into the financial system based on assumptions and/or feedback on performance outlook.
- Support the annual 3-year budget planning and analyses
- Constantly monitor the environment: technology, market trends and competitive landscape to highlight growth opportunities and new markets.
- Mine and synthesize internal/external and primary/secondary sources of data and trends (including database / dashboards)
- Work collaboratively with other cross functional teams to:

- evaluate portfolio and pricing strategies
- correlate competitive performance with revenue analyses
- distill insights to support business building plans
- Implement market research for timely delivery of information to contribute to decision-making
- Perform annual comprehensive programme review analyses
- Measure / forecast market size in terms of student population and evaluate potential for new programmes
- Support new programme development process with research where necessary to facilitate decision making
- Budget, recommend and plan research (based on business needs & challenges)
- Manage research projects that align business questions to research objectives, designing research methodology, developing questionnaires and discussion guides, coordinating research stimuli, analyzing research and reporting on findings
Essential Skills:
- Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Finance / Economics/ Statistics or other management-related disciplines.
- At least three (3) years of working experience, with at least one (1) year in Sales/Marketing/Financial Analysis/Research.
- Experience in Salesforce /CRM is required.
- Knowledge and skills in CRM tools
- Sales tracking and analyses.
- Knowledge of market research and consumer insights.
- Knowledge and skills in computer software. E.g. Microsoft software applications.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/ or Mandarin.
- Strong AMP o Attitude – Value driven & good work ethics.
