Supply Chain & Operational Manager

Key accountabilities:

• Sales Support to all regional Sales team:

• • Check enquiries on inventories availability
  • Matching ASP price against PO issue price from Distributor
  • Corresponding with ODC SCM for LTO to meet expected delivery
  • Handling Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore Sales Order/ order enquiries

• Sales Order Processing (FG)
  • Check price of distributors’ orders on demand basis
  • Prepare sales order and liaise with SP warehouse for shipping arrangement for Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore
• Inventory & Warehouse
  • Conduct random stock check on ad hoc basis in 3rd party warehouse
  • Arrange and conduct annual physical stock count for eternal audit
  • Verify and resole stock discrepancy found during random or annual stock count
  • Monitor and review 3rd party warehouse month end stock report against ODSP reports
  • Review and analyse inventory level
  • Monitor and review 3rd party warehouse service provider regards to inventory management and stock control
• Purchasing
  • Prepare PSI data for submission to ODC-J
  • Prepare purchase order to vendor (ODC-J and local supplier)
  • Monitor and update delivery schedule from ODC-J and vendor
  • Communicate with ODC-J on any price quotation, amendment and stock availability
  • Match against ODC CTP forecast
  • Prepare PO issue format weekly with ODC
  • Prepare monthly actual purchase versus budget and update PSI actual stock

• Systems Support, Accounting and Reports

• • Create item master in SAP by design for new product
  • Create supplier proce list every half yearly according to our FY into SAP
  • Create vendor price list monthly of items purchased
  • Prepare monthly sales report for accounts and management
  • Prepare monthly rainbos reports for accounts and management
  • Update monthly forecast from all region
  • Prepare yearly budget file format to all region
  • Compilong all region sales and forecast for preparation of PSI

• General
  • Liaising with technical in writing off old inventories/ spareparts
  • Oversee spareparts for all regions
  • Oversee all regions issues
• Taking part of Asai’s report
  • Generate inventories details an inventories healthiness
  • Update segment P/L in MCA
  • Update P/L and P/L by Opco in MCA
  • Create director’s monthly presentation
