Salesforce Developer / Administrator

Key accountabilities:

  • Own, manage and drive optimisation of the entire Salesforce platform
  • Manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, groups, etc.
  • Manage and drive enhancements to Salesforce infrastructure to advance marketing and recruitment effectiveness and operational efficiencies
  • Build and manage key Salesforce integrations i.e. email automation tools, Zapier, website tools, other third-party marketing solutions, etc.
  • Identify new solutions that will improve marketing and recruitment efforts
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows that show how recruitment and marketing programmes/campaigns impact revenue
  • Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Mentor, teach and instruct Salesforce users in CRM best practices. Work with team on core operational processes and uses of Salesforce.
  • Develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce users
  • Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
  • Work closely with recruitment leadership to ensure processes and reporting align to needs
  • Manage all marketing and recruitment related technical resources and migration of data into Salesforce
  • Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected department/users
  • Take ownership of project work and develop strong relationships with different stakeholders and internal team – a confident self-starter
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
  • At least three (3) years of working experience as Salesforce Developer/Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or SF Developer certification are highly preferred and would be a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, S-Controls) and/or integration with external systems
  • Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce reporting functionality
  • Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows, and enhanced functions
  • Must be highly driven and self-motivated for a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Able to develop productive working relationships across marketing, recruitment, and client facing teams
  • Service-oriented attitude toward external and internal audiences
  • A highly collaborative, dependable team player, who likes to be invested in a company’s success along with individual development
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration is a big plus.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical professionals
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
