Product Application Specialist, Dairy and Beverage

  • Understanding the impact of ingredient selection and ingredient interactions in different product categories.
  • Understanding the impact of production processes on final product quality both in the pilot and industrial scale.
  • Customer mindset/Customer application support.
  • Provide the technical supports, analyse problems, and suggest the right formulation to the S&M / Customers
  • Give regular product application training to colleagues, customers, prospects and distributors in order to make sure that our product value propositions are demonstrated and understood.
  • Develop all technical documentation related to the different applications of the products.
  • Inspire customers in their product development by actively identifying and supporting application innovation projects at Key Customers and joining sales and product managers on Key Account visits.

Essential Skills:

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor degree preferred in food science & technology or equivalent experience preferred.
  • More than 2 years’ experience with bakery application experience and expertise.
  • More than 2 years’ experience with dairy & non-dairy & beverage application experience and expertise.
  • Strong knowledge or experience with different processes applied in bakery.
  • Strong knowledge or experience with different processes applied in dairy & non-dairy, confectionery and beverages.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of different product categories within the bakery.
