Marketing Manager (Digital/Media)

Key accountabilities:

  • Solid track record in the Agency/Media industry for meeting and delivering revenue/sales targets in an organisation.
  • Able to independently lock-in revenue/sales at the get-go.
  • Generate revenue and marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience to build and shape high performing marketing teams that include digital media planners, digital strategists, branded content writers, programmatic buyers who can collaborate with the other departments in the organisation to meet overall high level goals.
  • Must be Digital First:
    • Through understanding of digital advertising measurements, media rate card pricing and industry standards;
    • Familiar with onboarding, compliance and revenue collection practices across both agencies and brands;
    • Able to navigate platforms such as the Google Display Network, Facebook Advertising Network, Google Analytics; and
    • Able to propose any MarTech and Automation tools for the Technology team to implement in order to increase her department’s workflow efficiencies and digital analytics capabilities.
  • Act as Brand Custodian/Spokesperson across the Advertising & Marketing space by actively engaging with Trade Magazines, CMOs, Industry Events, Speaking Opportunities to increase brand awareness, revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
