Manager, Capability Building & Succession Planning

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide advisory function on Talent Management areas which include the critical components namely competencies, succession management, job rotation & organisational change, career management/ pathing etc.
  • Formulate and develop talent development framework and Journey for Talent Group (Transformer, Navigator, Next Gen and Explorer)
  • Plan, develop and ensure successful implementation of the assessment tools.
  • Formulate and improve succession management framework.
  • Formulate Talent Development Framework for High Potentials and Talents.
  • Design and formulate Career Differentiation & Upwards Mobility framework.
  • Design and formulate 360 Degree Assessment framework.
  • Engage with Talent Development on learning and strategic objectives, and identify suitable programme to support staff development plan
  • Manage profiling tools, assessment process and results to fit and utilise the company’s competency model.
  • Conduct People Review (Succession Planning) session to identify talents and successors
