- Provide advisory function on Talent Management areas which include the critical components namely competencies, succession management, job rotation & organisational change, career management/ pathing etc.
- Formulate and develop talent development framework and Journey for Talent Group (Transformer, Navigator, Next Gen and Explorer)
- Plan, develop and ensure successful implementation of the assessment tools.
- Formulate and improve succession management framework.
- Formulate Talent Development Framework for High Potentials and Talents.
- Design and formulate Career Differentiation & Upwards Mobility framework.
- Design and formulate 360 Degree Assessment framework.
- Engage with Talent Development on learning and strategic objectives, and identify suitable programme to support staff development plan
- Manage profiling tools, assessment process and results to fit and utilise the company’s competency model.
- Conduct People Review (Succession Planning) session to identify talents and successors
