Key accountabilities:
- Sales Order Processing (spare parts)

- Check price of distributors’ order on demand basis (all region)
- Check stock level and enter quantity into the system for stock allocation
- Prepare sales order and liaise with SP warehouse for shipping arrangement
- Sales Order Processing (FG)

- Check price of distributors’ orders on demand basis for Malaysia and Indonesia
- Check stock level and enter quantity into system for stock allocation
- Prepare sales order and liaise with FG warehouse for shipping arrangement
- Customer service (SP)

- Correspond with ODC-J for pricing issue, stock availability and change of part no. if any
- Prepare and submit price list to distributor whenever required
- Provide lead time to distributor when request
- Picking and packing for global customer (SITA) and wide format spare parts
- Purchasing support (SP)

- Submit forecast to ODC-J and place pre-order to logistics
- Keep track and monitor delivery
- Submit monthly sales and inventories report
- Manage stock level and replenish stock when necessary
- Enter receipt from ODC-J based on physical receipts at warehouse.
- Technical/ Engineering Support (SP)

- Check stock status for items on ES from Engineering Department and prepare invoice against ES bill
- Request for transfer from logistic department if stock in Engineering department is not sufficient
- Manage office inventory
- System Support

- Create item master into SAP by design for new spare parts
- Wide format support

- Manage receiving and storage of WF spare parts
- Pick and pack
- Process of Warranty claim
- General

- Any other logistics function as delegated by logistic manager as deem appropriate
