Developer, Customer Success

Key accountabilities:

  • Work on extensions of existing products, including bug fixes as part of the global Voice of Customer process;
  • Plan, design, develop, manage, document, test, deploy and support new and existing modules;
  • Implement software across the full application stack;
  • Deliver modern, testable and maintainable code;
  • Help to develop scalable and robust back end services;
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable C++ code;
  • Work closely with other development engineers to bug fix as well as develop product enhancements;
  • Suggest and implement improvements on current products.

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive experience in deploying software across a variety of platforms and operating systems
  • Familiar with web application development, with knowledge of the .NET stack, C++
  • Proficient in C++ compliant languages such as C, Java, and Python
  • Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and XML, and be aware of how to use modern web UI frameworks such as Angular or React to build responsive user interfaces
  • Experience working with Windows and LINUX
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP protocol
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Superb analytical and problem solving skills
