Data Analyst – Support Agreement Sales

Key accountabilities:

  • Respond to queries, create, and update Support Agreement quoting tools in a timely manner;
  • Research and respond timely to enquiries regarding customer entitlements;
  • Interface with internal groups such as Product Line Management, Order Management and Customer Support to resolve issues;
  • Participate in ad-hoc special projects as required.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 2 years’ work experience in Accounting / Bookkeeping
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce required) and ERP (SAP required) systems as well as data extraction tools
  • Experience within the Broadcast industry will be desirable
  • Willingness to work odd/shift hours if required
  • Microsoft office suite with advanced skills in Excel required
  • Exceptional communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Ability to reconcile large quantities of data and summarize and communicate differences
  • Ability to be resourceful, build rapport, influence and collaborate with internal departments
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction but also able to engage in peer reviews and to make team decisions
  • Detail oriented and quality driven with the ability to multi-task
  • Flexible in responding to changing demands
